Yes. Retail Co-Pilot is a cloud-target AL extension (runtime 16.0) that installs into your BC SaaS environment with LS Central. It depends on Microsoft Base / System / Business Foundation, LS Central and our NSF Co-Pilot Foundation. No separate database or portal needed.
How is it different from Microsoft's built-in Copilot?
Microsoft Copilot is horizontal. Retail Co-Pilot is vertical — purpose-built for retail with 20+ pre-aggregated KPIs sourced directly from LS Central POS data, multi-company aggregation, store-scoped permissions, and a CEO dashboard. It runs alongside Microsoft Copilot, not instead of it.
Which AI engine does Retail Co-Pilot use?
Your choice.
